Yoga
Yoga is a highly practical system which can significantly improve physical, mental and emotional well-being. The practises are designed to bring about greater balance and harmony in everyday life.
Yoga is suitable for everybody, from beginners to those with decades of experience. It is both ancient and modern, with roots in the depth of yogic and tantric tradition, and an evolving and scientific outlook which meets the needs of modern lives.

One-to-One Yoga
​
Private yoga sessions are available for individuals or groups. The benefits of a private session for individuals include focus on specific physical limitations, reduction of pain caused by injury, and an opportunity to develop and expand one’s own practice.
The cost of a 90-minute private class is £50 for between 1-5 students. (will include a fee for petrol!)
